Gaya is a Boston Terrier who belonged to one of those terrible breeders
who only want to exploit dogs. She had Gaya for about 7 years during which she had
innumerous litters. One day Gaya developed glaucoma and went blind of one eye. After
some time she developed glaucoma in the other eye and went totally blind. This
unscrupulous woman didn't want Gaya anymore and abandoned her in the street to be
killed by a car. A girl with a very big heart found her and brought her home and tried
to find her a forever home. Don't ask me why but I had decided, after my cat died,
that I wanted to adopt a blind dog. I started calling around and learned about Gaya. I
don't need to tell you that it was love at first sight.
Well, Gaya has been with me for over a year now and is very happy with her brother Dal and
her two cats Flora and Lina. I had to teach her everything but she's always been a fast
learner and today she has a normal and happy life. I thank God for having made our lives
cross.
